- Drink lots of water; bring an environmentally friendly nalgene bottle everywhere
- Wear sunscreen that the at least SPF 30
- Bring out those sunnies to reduce sun's glare
- Dress for the weather. Its the season of tissue weight shirts, open toed shoes, short shorts, strappy tank tops, leather sandals, halters, racerbacks, summery skirts, babydoll dresses.
- hit up swimming pool, beach,park [ waterballon fights], sprinklers, lakes, creek, or even a little wading pool.
- Nights out, I love how when the day is burning up, you know come evening it will be perfect. Leftover heat comes out of the pavements. you can go outside in shorts and tank tops and be perfectly comfortable. Add hammock and Boyfriend:D
- A big helping of ice cream, or frozen yogurt, or smoothie. No soda.
- I advise against midday naps. Waking up sweating is gross.
- chapstick!
- for perfect wavy hair: twirl hair into a bun after shower on top of your hair. Secure with pins and clips. Allow sun to dry. Let down!
